PIVIUM Promotes Mallerie Lacer to Service Experience Manager

PHOENIX, Arizona August 23, 2023  – PIVIUM, a nationwide, full-service design and integration partner for architects and facility owners, is excited to announce the promotion of Mallerie Lacer to Service Experience Manager. 

A graduate of California State University, Mallerie Lacer joined PIVIUM in 2022 and excelled in her role as Client Experience Specialist. As Service Experience Manager, Lacer now oversees all aspects of service requests and maintains key relationships with our clients and nationwide service providers.
